Chilli Mule

INGREDIENTS:

45 ml Soil Fresh Chilli
25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

20 ml fresh ginger syrup (equal parts fresh ginger juice and sugar, blended)
5 ml rich sugar cane syrup (2:1 organic cane sugar and water)
1 dash aromatic bitters
1 pinch of salt
60 ml soda water

STEPS:

1. Combine all ingredients except for the soda water in a shaker tin with 3–4 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 3–4 seconds.
2. Fine strain into a pre-chilled highball glass filled with ice.
3. Top with soda water.
4. Garnish with a slice of fresh cucumber.

 

**Alternatively, in a highball glass filled with ice, combine 45 ml Soil Fresh Chilli with 15 ml of fresh lime juice and a pinch of salt, then top with your favorite brand of ginger beer.
