
30 ml Soil Fresh Chilli
15 ml Fresh Bell Pepper Juice
15 ml Lemon Juice
7,5 ml Rich Sugar Cane Syrup
1 pinch of sea salt
30 ml pet nat rosé
combine ingredients except for pet nat rosé and shake well with ice, then strain into a flute or coupe and top with pet nat rosé

INGREDIENTS:
60 ml Soil Toasted Corn
2.5 ml rich sugar cane syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
1 dash chocolate bitters
1 pinch of salt
STEPS:
1. Combine with ice in a mixing glass and stir for 8–10 seconds.
2. Strain into a pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with a dried corn leaf.

INGREDIENTS:
45 ml Soil Fresh Chilli
25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
20 ml fresh ginger syrup (equal parts fresh ginger juice and sugar, blended)
5 ml rich sugar cane syrup
1 dash aromatic bitters
1 pinch of salt
60 ml soda water
STEPS:
1. Combine all ingredients except for the soda water in a shaker tin with 3–4 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 3–4 seconds.
2. Fine strain into a pre-chilled highball glass filled with ice.
3. Top with soda water.
4. Garnish with a slice of fresh cucumber.
**Alternatively, in a highball glass filled with ice, combine 45 ml Soil Fresh Chilli with 15 ml of fresh lime juice and a pinch of salt, then top with your favorite brand of ginger beer.

STEPS:
1. Build over ice in a highball glass.
2. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.

20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
10 ml rich sugar cane syrup
1 pinch of salt
60 ml pink grapefruit soda
STEPS:
1. Combine all ingredients except for the pink grapefruit soda in a shaker tin with 3–4 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 3–4 seconds.
2. Fine strain into a pre-chilled highball glass filled with ice.
3. Top with pink grapefruit soda.
4. Garnish with a wedge of fresh grapefruit.
**Alternatively, in a highball glass filled with ice, combine 45 ml Soil Fresh Chilli with 15 ml of fresh lime juice and a pinch of salt, then top with your favorite brand of pink grapefruit soda.

STEPS:
1. Build over ice in a highball glass.
2. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lemon.

Ingredients:
50 ml Soil Toasted Corn
20 ml dry curaçao
25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
5 ml rich sugar cane syrup
1 pinch of salt
Steps:
1. Shake hard with ice for 8–10 seconds.
2. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge and a half-salted rim.
