Toasted Corn Martini

INGREDIENTS

50 ml Soil Toasted Corn

12.5 ml Manzanilla

7.5 ml Junmai sake

2.5 ml 2:1 cane syrup

1 pinch of salt

STEPS:

1. Combine with ice in a mixing glass and stir for 15-20 seconds.
2. Strain into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass
