On July 4th, SOIL and fofo welcomed a small group of guests to a private home overlooking the coastline just outside Barcelona. More than a dinner, the evening became a conversation between food, cocktails, design, and the people gathered around the table.

Soil took over Carlos & Matilda for one night and things got out of hand in the best way.Classic cocktails were reworked with Soil spirits—cleaner, fresher, and dangerously easy to drink. Glasses moved fast, conversations moved faster, and the terrace turned into one long shared moment.
